Features

01. High Strength, Abrasion Resistance, High Density

Lineup includes products with high compressive and flexural strength, contributing to suppression of aluminum penetration and reduction of mechanical damage during operation.

02. Aluminum Non-wetting

CLC-Z Series contains zircon, providing excellent aluminum non-wetting, suppressing aluminum penetration, oxidation deposits, and blackening of refractories.

03. Rapid Heating

Products labeled “QD” at the end of the product name allow rapid heating and have excellent spalling resistance.

Material properties: CLC-Z Series

By using zircon that provides excellent aluminum non-wetting properties in combination with special additives, the adhesion of slag build-up (oxides) is prevented.
