Fused Mullite
(G-M-75DHP, DZ)
- Creep Resistance
- High Corrosion Resistance
These high-performance bonded refractories are made mainly from selected fused mullite (3Al₂O₃·2SiO₂) under optimal manufacturing conditions. Various shapes can be produced by press forming or casting, and they are widely used for superstructures and burner blocks in specialty glass melting furnaces.
Features
01. Excellent Creep Resistance
Manufactured at high temperatures, they exhibit minimal shape change even during prolonged use, ensuring stable performance in severe conditions such as superstructures of special glass melting furnaces.
02. High Corrosion Resistance
The use of selected fused mullite raw materials provides high corrosion resistance to glass vapor, offering reliable durability in various applications such as burner blocks and superstructures.
