Dense Zircon
(G-ZRHD-65S, 65, 69)

  • High Corrosion Resistance
  • High Electrical Resistivity
  • Low Blistering

Manufactured using selected high-purity zircon raw materials and formed by CIP (Cold Isostatic Pressing), these dense zircon bonded refractories are fired at high temperatures.

Features

01. High Electrical Resistivity

The use of selected high-purity zircon raw materials provides high electrical resistivity, making them widely used for electrode blocks in glass melting furnaces.

02. Low Blistering

Formed by CIP and made from high-purity zircon, they are less likely to cause blistering in molten glass.

03. High Corrosion Resistance

Their dense structure, achieved by CIP and high-temperature firing, results in excellent corrosion resistance to molten glass.
