Assessment technologies
We inspect furnace and operation by furnace shooting, radiation thermometer designed for glass melting furnaces, oxygen meter and so on. We assess damage of refractory and thermal efficiency of furnace. And we propose better operation and repair method.
Analysis of operation trend
At first, we collect the information such as operation data for glass furnaces including picture data ITV by camera and analyzing the trend of operation. Then we propose improvement of troubles for long term operation, saving energy, efficient operation for cost down and suitable operation for quality improvement.
Defects analysis（blisters, stones）
AGC Ceramics has ceramics development technology and analysis technology, such as chemical analysis and crystal analysis, observation of microstructures. Utilizing this analysis technology, we determine the cause of defects and propose the improvements.
