Contributing energy saving and environmental improvement by “THERMOTECT WALL^TM“

High thermal insulation ceramics wall for furnace of “THERMOTECT WALL^TM” is
composed of multiple layered of “Thermotect^TM” which has the properties of high thermal insulation and high temperature resistance, and can be used up to the maximum service temperature of 1,700°C.

Using “THERMOTECT WALL^TM” , it becomes possible to reduce operating cost due to decrease of using fuel by enhancing the efficiency of energy saving. In addition, as “THERMOTECT WALL^TM”does not contain any RCF (refractory-ceramics-fiber), safety working environment at installation and demolition is secured.
